All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotional offers and product availability may change from time to time.

The amount payable for your order will be displayed before you complete payment.

Placing an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including due to:

If we cancel a prepaid order that has not been fulfilled, the eligible amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Hempoat currently accepts prepaid orders through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Payments may be processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway or other authorised payment service providers.

Cash on Delivery is currently not available.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours and usually delivered within approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier conditions.

Shipping timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

10. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us by phone or email.

Because our products are consumable food products, general returns are not accepted after delivery for hygiene and food-safety reasons.

Claims relating to damaged, tampered, expired, incorrect or missing products should normally be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

11. Promotional Offers

Offers, coupon codes, discounts, bundles and promotions may be subject to separate conditions such as validity dates, minimum-order values, eligible products or usage limits.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify an offer where permitted by law, particularly in cases of technical error, misuse or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction available to consumers under applicable consumer-protection laws, disputes not otherwise subject to mandatory jurisdiction shall be subject to the competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
